Heavy Equipment Mechanic
Description: We are a unique company supplying new, used, and rebuilt transmissions, differentials, and axles for large off-highway construction equipment to resellers and end users worldwide. Our rapidly growing company located in Portland Oregon needs another experienced heavy equipment mechanic who has a desire to work with a proud team of experienced professionals.

Full-time Mechanics are responsible for the repair, maintenance, modification, and rebuilding of heavy construction equipment for our various product lines.
Candidate Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Minimum of 10 years full time experience in welding, hydraulics and heavy equipment repair, preferably working on a variety of equipment brands.
  • 5 years of experience working with powershift transmissions and various heavy equipment drivetrain components
  • 3+ years off highway heavy equipment repair experience
  • Own your own tools and rollaway toolbox and be willing to add to personal tool inventory as necessary
  • Must be able to communicate in English
  • Must have and maintain a valid driver's license
  • Must possess and maintain a good driving record
  • Must pass company drug screen
  • You should also have a solid employment history and be looking for a career, not a job.
